We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Service Delivery Supplied Services .

Principal responsibilities
· Manages daily operational activities to safeguard the bank from potential loss
· Processes and ensures that all transactions are processed in accordance to regulatory guidelines, Bank internal control standards and audit recommendations
· Assist management in collating data and providing management information statistics or reports on vendors
· Implement measures to increase productivity levels
· Ensure that Service Level Agreement with business unit is met at all the time.
· Regular checks and Annual reviews on vendors managed under Supplied Services
· Ensures enquiries and investigations from business partners are conducted in a professional and timely manner
· Liaise with business partners in a timely manner whenever there are issues which can potentially lead to delay in customer complaint
· Conducts checks, directs clerical staff on rectification and corrective actions for deficiencies
· Assist management in ensuring sufficient headcount

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Degree holder
·  Experience in vendor management is required
·  Preferably have experience of working in a bank in a matrix environment.
·  Experience in Microsoft Office, including excel, PowerPoint is highly desired.
