We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Sales Quality .

Principal responsibilities

Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation

·
Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders

·
Supporting team administration, composing presentations, drafting reports and assisting with key documents such as business plans

·
Managing external relationships and service providers

·
Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area

·
Support Sales Quality team's Business Continuity Planning, Data Retention Records Schedule and shoulder Business Information Risk Office role

·
Support Sales Quality sub-team functions as and when needed

·
Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Experience in banking sector and good knowledge on secretarial, administrative support

· 
Very good communication and interpersonal skills

· 
Experience of business continuity planning, vendor management and Business Information Risk is a preference

· 
Good analytic ability and able to make sensible business judgment

· 
Able to organize and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision

· 
Good English proficiency both written and spoken and able to communicate in Chinese

· 
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
