We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. To render quality credit service to corporate/individual facility customers i.e to prepare and ensure completeness of related loan documents and security documents as well as relevant return & reporting in compliance with relevant bank policy /guidelines/regulations.
2. To follow up with customer for relevant facility/loan documents and handle relevant customer enquiry.
3. To ensure qualified daily output within the service scope
Desired profile
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor degree holder
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Strong problem solving capability and can work under pressure
Good command of English, logical thinking, analytical skills and time management skills
Master PC skills, especially familiar with Microsoft office software;
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilities
Customer service mindset and teamwork player;
Mature, Nice personality
