We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
· Ensure proper processing of Markets transactions and identify errors before they turn into operations loss incidents or impact clients.
· Perform escalation as per agreed thresholds.
· Maintain robust controls around the operations under their responsibility.
· Work closely with lines to deliver latest updates from risk control/process perspective and global standard related initiatives.
· Holds a clear understanding of the controls in relation to the role, and sets clear control standards as well as the overall tone for staff's activities.
· Ensures compliance with the Functional Instruction Manual or any DIMs.
· Maintains an up to date knowledge of regulatory requirements in relation to their role and any upcoming changes.
· Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required

Desired profile

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·  Comprehensive understanding of GM products, systems, processes, group polies, regulations and rules.
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  High sense of controls.
·  At least 3-5 years relevant work experience.
