We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Coordination Manager .

Principal responsibilities

· Support day-to-day business management and administrative affairs on behalf of the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Control Officer and Global Standard teams and act as a liaison between ourselves, other department stakeholders or external vendors
· Manager costs for the teams included direct costs, FTE, recharges
· Provide support to strategic projects as necessary
· Deliver and implement internal conference or events in Hong Kong on behalf of Asia Pacific Retail Banking and Wealth Management Chief Operation Office in a best-in-class manner
· Responsible in coordinating and extracting output from multiple inputs
· Responsible for maintaining databases, generate reports and send prompt replies for the action to be taken in a timely manner

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  ​University degree holder
·  Excellence understanding of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Business
·  Motivated, self-starter, ability to work independently
·  Good sense of judgment along with lateral and strategic thinking capacity
·  Sound relationship management skills with the ability to gain consensus and agreement between teams, department and geographically diverse country teams
·  Experience in Country and regional roles within Retail Banking and Wealth Management as well as Project Management
·  Fluent in written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
·  Proficiency with Microsoft Office
