We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
· ​ ​Be responsible for the effectiveness of call agent performance in terms of Quality, Sales and Productivity.
· Improve professionalism of call agent's sales and service handling technique to attain the standard and lead an effective team to achieve target.
· Contribute towards the day to day operations effectiveness and service efficiency for the team
· Provide real time support to the team and manage efficient delivery of quality services round the clock.
· Handle disputes & customer complaints or suspected fraud case

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·  ​​Good knowledge of China CMB business and general banking knowledge including but not limited to payment service, account service, account opening etc.
·  High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously.
·  Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language and work under pressure within demanding timescales.
·  Proven influencing and coaching skills in an environment where employee engagement is paramount.
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
