Global Trade and Receivables Finance
Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.


Principal Responsibilities
To Service the Standard portfolio and manage the day to day transactions related to GTRF. To take overall strategic responsibility for managing client portfolio
The jobholder is responsible for smooth execution of the day to day activities for the Client portfolio assigned. The job requires a high degree of understanding of Trade products in terms of technical knowledge, through understanding of RBI guidelines as well as GTRF FIM, Internal Controls and Group Compliance Policy including International sanctions, legal implications (Indian Contract Act, Limitation Act, etc.) and Financial Crime Risk etc. In delivering their responsibilities, the job holder is expected to successfully work with the Business team and co-partners. This will include monitoring of workflow management tools, facilitating optimal resource planning to ensure delivery of a “superior” customer service in accordance with laid down rules and regulations.
To demonstrate a strong focus in service & sales, and to increase productivity whilst maintaining the highest service standard. To ensure that all internal compliance and guidelines are met.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Graduate or equivalent and aptitude for the customer service. Should have Positive attitude, team player and zeal to learn new things, Should be able to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines. Good communication and analytical skills.
