We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Agile Business Analyst. The role holder will play a key role in the delivery of Technology projects part of a significant commercial transformation within Commercial Banking IT.

The Business Analyst, with Traditional and Structured Trade Finance domain expertise will assist in shaping and executing the Banks strategic change agenda for Capital Optimisation and Distribution. They'll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders on the need & nature of change to leverage the opportunities and manage the challenges.

Key accountabilities:

· Working closely and collaboratively with our stakeholders and business users, turning their needs into User Stories, Refining the Product Backlog, assisting with Sprint Planning including User Story sizing and assignment of User Stories to Engineering Pods.
· Providing ongoing collaborative guidance and assistance to the development and implementation teams to ensure that the requirements are accurately implemented.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

·  Substantial experience as a Business Analyst, within financial services specifically a Tier 1 Global banking organisation.
·  Traditional and Structured Trade Finance exposure with experience of Capital Optimization and Asset Distribution is highly desirable.
·  Experience of working on Agile Projects, including but not limited to, User Story writing, wire-framing, Product Backlog Management and refinement, assisting with Sprint Planning, User Story sizing and assignment of User Stories to Engineering Pods.
·  Strong experience of Agile methodologies and frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
·  Demonstrable expertise and experience of using agile project management software e.g. Jira.
·  Demonstrable experience of stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills, demonstrating success in facilitating collaboration, influencing, communicating and negotiating at all levels.
·  Specific Technical Skills:
·  An understanding of technology and the Agile Delivery Framework.
·  An understanding of data and process modelling.
·  Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams.
·  Experience of collaboration tools.
·  Assist with Test Planning & Implementation.

The base location for this role 8 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London.
