World Wide Sales Onboarding Instructor

  

Job Description:

   

Location: Barcelona

Responsible for delivery of new hire sales onboarding training programs that increase time to productivity and enhance the overall new employee experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Delivers training programs for inside and field sales on selling skills, products/solutions and required tools. Collaborates with content owners and other world-wide sales enablement team members to provide ongoing feedback and suggestions on how to keep content fresh and learners engaged.

Responsibilities:

·  Delivers highly complex and innovative learning solutions to inside and field sales, to engage the learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes.
·  Uses various learning solutions and the latest most innovative technologies, including coaching and acting as a subject matter expert in multiple content domains.
·  Expertly manages a learning environment with limited advance preparation, constructive feedback, and prediction of and response to learner needs.
·  Establishes credibility by demonstrating mastery of solution content, providing relevant business examples, and helping learners apply learning to on-the-job situations and real world problems.
·  Manage the learning environment.

Education and Experience Required:

·  First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
·  3+ years experience in Sales is required. Both Field and Inside Sales experience preferred.
·  Typically 5+ years in a training delivery or equivalent role.
·  Typically 5+ years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Superior planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.
·  Superior ability to quickly lead the adoption of new, complex technologies and concepts.
·  Mastery in evaluating differences in learning styles within an audience and tailor delivery solutions accordingly.
·  Superior familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions.
·  Superior delivery skills including teaching, facilitating, and mentoring capability.
