Compensation & Benefits Advisor Norway & Finland

We are currently looking for a candidate with experience and interest in Compensation & Benefits as part of Human Resources.

Please be aware that this is a Fixed Term Contract (around 12 Months) to join the Total Rewards team, which is responsible for the design and implementation of compensation & benefits programs.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in either our offices in Norway or Finland!

In your Compensation and Benefit Advisor role you will join a bigger Regional team of Total Rewards experts in Northern Europe. You will be expected to provide information and Total Rewards support for both Norway and Finland to your local HR colleagues, legal department, procurement, payroll and managers. You will among other things:

·  Implement and communicate Global Compensation & Benefits policies and proactively ensure compliance with local legislation.

·  Work on a Total Rewards strategy, designed to answer the local needs and expectations

·  Analyze and interpret market survey data

·  Support due diligence and submit recommendations for Mergers, Acquisitions Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO) transactions.

·  Manage contracts with benefit providers (insurances, pensions etc.) in both countries.

Education and Experience Required:

·  First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
·  Typically, 2-4 years related experience in compensation, benefits , finance, and/or human resources.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Systematic knowledge of compensation & benefits disciplines and its link to overall HR and the company's business strategy and the business environment.
·  Intermediate knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits
·  Strong research and analytical skills.
·  Basic financial and business acumen.
·  Basic project management skills.
·  Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Advanced knowledge of Excel.
