Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.

Job Description

Provide Remote support on the following HP Storage products via phone, email and remote access.

·  Storage Arrays and Tape Libraries (Product Line exposure)
·  EVA, MSA  Storage arrays
·  StoreOnce, VLS, ESL/ MSL Tape Libraries
·  SAN switches

Essentials

·  Industry wide certifications like Brocade/Cisco and HP Certifications on Storage Technologies will be an added advantage
·  Minimum 4 stars for 2 skills and pass on all assigned TCI skills.
·  Shift: Willingness to work across 24*7 shifts
·  Exceptional technical expertise & proven track record in resolution process and collaboration
·  Exceptional customer handling skills.
·  Work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multi-functional.
·  Ability to collaborate and work with multiple PGUs and Business Units.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
·  Self-driven, passionate and positive attitude towards handling critical situations

Eligibility Criteria

·  A technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
·  Experience: Minimum 18 months in ISS or HPESD
·  Grade : M14 & above : Minimum 24 months in ISS/HPESD
·  FY17 Rating: Accelerating/Driving
