In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

·  Ability to apply entry level subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues
·  Learn US Sales and Use tax laws for all States
·  Review APNI, API, IC, Fixed Asset, and Sales Invoice transactions for tax accuracy and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
·  Perform tax reviews of other data to determine if tax accruals are necessary
·  Perform analyses in support of tax accounting and planning
·  Assist with gathering invoice images and other support for sales and use tax audits
·  Write tax process documentation
·  Work closely with the other Corp Tax team members in Bangalore and with the US Tax team
·  Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope
·  Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action

Qualifications:

·  First-level university degree required
·  Typically 2+ years of related experience in finance or accounting
·  6 Sigma Training a plus

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·  Basic knowledge of professional accounting and financial reporting systems
·  Basic financial and business acumen
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Access is a plus
·  US Sales & Use Tax knowledge a plus
·  SAP Experience a plus
·  Exhibits strong problem solving skills
·  Ability to work independently
·  Strong English skills (written and verbal)

Be able to work a flexible schedule - standard work day is until about 10pm India time most days.
