HPE PointNext Hybrid Sales Rep who will be responsible to own and exceed a quota selling new incremental business in PointNext and Consulting services as well as help drive installed base renewals within assigned accounts. This rep will be assigned accounts 12-25 and will be responsible to establish customer and account team relationships to increase orders for PointNext Services. They will do so by creating a robust pipeline of opportunities which will allow them to deliver a good mix of solution sales.

Responsibilities :

·  Execute excellent operational cadence in forecasting, SFDC and account planning
·  Create strong relationships with Internal HPE Account team and HPE Channel Partners to drive the OneHPE customer experience
·  Obtain a working knowledge of customer industry and business to solve the right customer priorities and problems
·  Leverage resources and navigate effectively to overcome obstacles and get proposals to the customer
·  Make sales calls and be very visible to customers and internal account team

Ideal candidate will have demonstrated results in:

·  Create and growing new incremental business that exceeds their assigned services quota
·  Ability to create customer relationships which produce significant new business order growth
·  Understand and promote the HPE Services portfolio, align HPE value to the customer’s specific business needs
·  Use effective selling methodology to prospect, develop, solution and propose deals viewed as relevant by each customer
·  Consultative sales approach and active use of an effective selling methodology
·  Collaborative and be visible as a leader from PointNext across sales, pursuit and delivery
·  Ability to accurately forecast and develop a strong quarter over quarter pipeline
·  Professional Acumen to achieve trusted customer relationships resulting in expansion of the HPE footprint


Education and Experience Required:

·  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
·  Sales and consulting experience within the technology industry
·  5+ years’ advanced sales experience
·  3+ years’ experience selling technology services
·  Demonstrated achievement of progressive higher quota, diversity of business customer and higher level customer interface
·  Project coordination skills

Knowledge and Skills Required

·  Drive an effective sales plan by account including close plans to meet goals
·  Achieve quarterly quota in area of responsibility
·  Solve relevant customer problems and get customers to think differently by connecting relevant HPE value
·  Proactively manage collaboration with internal account team and HPE Channel Partners to produce best HPE solution
·  Ability to sell high breadth and depth of solutions
·  Know the competition and confronts the competition to defend and grow HPE business
·  Conduct regular sales calls to execute effective actions and move deals forward
·  Use information and tools to analyze business and identify growth opportunities
·  Use financial acumen to conduct ROI discussions with customers to create compelling value
·  Predictable results and forecast accuracy to meet commitments
·  SFDC is accurately maintained and meets the required metrics to cover forecast and quota
·  Address and resolves customer concerns
·  Professional acumen to understand the various roles/responsibilities within a customer environment and the competing agendas – ability to read the room
·  Practical application of training and development to continuously grow skills
