Now we are looking for motivated Technical Support Engineer with excellent German language knowledge to join our dynamic team, part of Customer Solution Center Sofia /CSC/.

As a Remote Technical Support Engineer you will be working in an international team from our Center Of Excellence (CoE). Your role would be to support both our cutting edge hardware and the software it's loaded with.On receipt of a service request you will research solutions through remote diagnosis, documentation and/or knowledge databases within agreed timeframes. Qualification of hardware cases involves diagnosis and/or recommendation of parts for the field engineer, and /or direct shipment to the customer. In all cases where a problem gets too complex the Technical Support Engineer is responsible for timely elevation and/or escalation.

The role:
• Call handling, problem resolution and escalation - To provide technical support via telephone or electronically to customers, partners and HPE employees in line with defined CSC procedures.  This will include diagnosis of hardware problems and software support on the SLES and RHEL. Linux, Irix and Windows operating systems.

• Customer Satisfaction - To consistently set and meet customer expectations and continually develop customer service skills.

• Continuous Improvement - To contribute to the improvement of CSC processes, procedures and tools.

• Technical Growth and Development - according to a formal development plan, through reading and reaching within the area of expertise and last but not least, from team mates

What we are looking for:
• Fluent German
• Good English
• Professional experience: over 1 year professional experience as Technical Support Consultant or as a System Administrator
• Excellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills
• Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills and working with tough deadlines
• Team player
