Software Asset Management Services
HPE's Software Licensing and Management Solutions (SLMS) provides global customers with Software Asset Management (SAM) services to enable them to effectively manage their software costs and compliance. The broad range of services on offer include reporting on software installations, license entitlement calculation, software usage and compliance reporting, software license request management and audit support.

There is an open position within this team for a person to manage both internal and client facing projects.

Responsibilities
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Desired profile

Experience: Minimum of 2 years project management experience

Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
·  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
·  Leadership & negotiation skills
·  Risk management skills
·  Self-starter with proven ability to deliver high quality work
·  Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to problem solving
·  Ability and willingness to participate in other service related activities
·  PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
·  Knowledge of Software Asset Management is a plus
