The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialised training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgement within defined parameters.

Responsibilities

· Develops Workday reports and dashboards (will receive on-the-job training) tied to employee Performance and Rewards.
· Develops Excel macro-driven tools in order to streamline manual work with data.
· Supports total rewards program implementation.
· Assists with reporting needs and analyses survey, employee, and financial data.
· Supports compensation and/or benefits training with team guidance and instructions

Desired profile

Education and Experience

·  First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
·  Typically 0-2 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.

Knowledge and Skills

·  Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA.
·  Fluent English.
·  Basic knowledge of total rewards and overall business environment.
·  Basic knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee
·  compensation and benefits.
·  Intermediate research and analytical skills.
·  Basic financial and business acumen.
·  Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Technically savvy, willing to learn Workday report writing.
