·  Work to triage/resolve internal and customer Plexxi/Synergy/Virtual Connect/C7000 issues, including end-to-end config/setup issues, patch testing, and validating defects.
·  SME for Ethernet, FCoE, and FC technologies on HPE BladeSystem.
·  SME for Interop/ Integration with third party networking, and and Virtual Connect.
·  SME on development, test, and support issues.
·  Provide customer impact to design architects for new features.
·  Provide support to development teams, triaging dev and testing defects/issues.
·  Develop/deliver training for external and internal consumption.
·  Maintain strong partnership with the HPE Support organization.
·  Support weekly collaboration calls with HPE Support teams worldwide.
·  Consult daily with HPE Support on customer issues, working them through triage, resolution, and response.
·  Provide technical training sessions for HPE Support leads.
·  Support internal dev and test teams.
·  Resolve “customer down” issues to get systems back online by providing workarounds until sw/fw can be patched and official drops delivered to customers.
·  Support Plexxi, VC, OV, and Synergy customers to ensure our HPE customers are able to continue successfully running both non-production lab and production environments.
·  Review internal product documentation.
·  Review Plexxi/OV/Synergy/ICM Release Notes, User Guides, and Whitepapers.
·  Create and revise Plexxi, VC, OV and Synergy customer communications.
