In a typical day as an On-site Technical Support Engineer , you would

·  Interact with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction following established procedures
·  Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer's equipment
·  Deliver standard services
·  Provide break-fix reactive support and installation for volume products

If you...

·  Hold a University or Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related course
·  Have at least 6 months of relevant work experience
·  Have knowledge of Hewlett Packard Enterprise and our products
·  Possess basic troubleshooting and analytical skills
·  Are proficient in oral and telephone communication skills.
·  Have the ability to gather relevant information systematically, identify needs and solve problems following the instructions given
·  Possess the ability to maintain on-going relationships with customers, peers, and support partners
·  Have the ability to perform reporting and administrative functions and can manage time effectively
