Our Center in Wrocław and Łódź specializes in advanced services, which main goal is to deliver support in various areas, such as finance and accounting, HR, sales and marketing, data processing and supply chain management for Hewlett Packard Enterprise and our clients.


Your responsibilities:

· Manage team of 15+ people, handling back office processes
· Be the main point of contact for our customer
· Update process documentation and train the team
· Monitor daily performance in order to ensure accuracy, timeliness and volumetric targets
· Balance workload; re-assign responsibilities within the team to meet capacity and productivity goals
· Help analyze variations in the metrics. In case metrics are not met, implement action plans
· Be the first point of escalation
· Take part in calls with customer
· Prepare reports
· Perform specific tasks that cannot be assigned to processors due to segregation of duties or other reasons
· Ensure appropriate level of process knowledge within the team, communicate and document process changes
· Participate in improvement projects to ensure quality of the process/coordinate improvement projects within the team
