For our Dutch Marketing team we are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic marketing program manager with great communication and project management skills, who is eager to work in a vibrant, high-paced environment.

If you are a passionate communicator and social media is your second nature, if you are a creative, out of the box thinker who likes organizing events, if you are a self-starter and continuously ask yourself if marketing tactics set forward are still valid and are the right ones for the goal(s) set, if you like analyzing & monitoring ROI-results of marketing activities, you might be the team member we are looking for.

Based in the HPE Netherlands head office in Amstelveen, your responsibilities will be:

·  Drive communication with our partners to enable them to get the most out of their partnership with HPE and drive demand for our portfolio
·  Drive communication on Social Media
·  Create and re-purpose content for various channels
·  Organize events – HPE-led and 3rd party events from planning, management and follow up
·  Track and report marketing metrics/goals/benchmarks and do analysis to drive improvements
·  Drive & monitor customer reference creation in close cooperation with Sales / Presales
·  Support growth and expansion of our business in The Netherlands
·  Help generate leads and doing the appropriate follow-up with sales

Education And Experience Required/preferred

·  Relevant marketing education
·  1-2 years of marketing experience, especially campaign management, event, digital/Social Media and organizing events

Knowledge And Skills Required

·  Excellent written/oral communications in Dutch and English
·  Strong interpersonal skills, including being very self-driven
·  Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools
·  Knowledge of measuring and monitoring the effect of marketing (marketing generated pipeline, how to build pipeline, how to monitor)
·  Solid project and budget management skills
·  Ability to collaborate in virtual teams
·  Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines
·  Strong influencing skills
·  Experience with leads management (from lead creation and monitoring to follow-up with sales).
