BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT:

The Junior Business Developer will be part of the EMEA Sales Operations CRM &PRM team.

This organization is responsible for supporting Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations in EMEA in all Salesforce.com related matters.

MISSION:

The EMEA CRM & PRM team provides capability and functional expertize, training, and related operational support to all Salesforce.com platform users in Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Junior Business Developer must acquire deep knowledge and business acumen in the assigned area of expertise.

• May be asked assist in delivering trainings and/or presentations as soon as required experience is acquired

• Support the team efforts and collaborate in achieving the team goals

• Ensure transparency of information, by properly documenting processes

• Respect HPE confidentiality and private information policies

Desired profile

COMPETENCIES:

(Behavior, attitude, capabilities)

- Fresh Graduate

- Excellent mastery of English, both verbal and written

- Experience is using presentation & information sharing tools (MS PowerPoint, Excel,
Visio, SharePoint, etc.)

- Experienced in recording tools

- Be innovative in creation of videos for training and communication purpose

- Basic process understanding required and experience in process documenting

- Preferably good understanding of Salesforce.com (not a must)

- Very good communication skills

- Ability to effectively work in virtual environment

- Be a team player

- Very good listening skills

- Proven problem solving ability

- Ability to stay focused and deliver towards set timelines
