The HPE Global Operations Engineering (GOE) New Products Operations (NPO) Business Analyst (BA) will collaborate with a NPO Program Manager (PM), R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Planning teams to develop and execute plans for next generation products and technologies.  The BA will be involved in taking the plans and strategies laid out by the Core Team and the PM and executing within Supply Chain systems and tools to ensure Time-to-Market (TTM) goals.

 

The GOE Supply Chain & Procurement organizations are counted as some of the largest in the world in terms of revenue, network, and spend. These groups balance volume and complexity across HPE owned, and partner factories and suppliers, to bring advanced technology solutions such as servers, storage and networking together into one HPE Converged Infrastructure.  From traditional data centers and applications to the Cloud to new data center models, HPE provides technology solutions and services that help customers solve their most challenging IT problems.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for worldwide supply chain availability of HPE products during the New Product Introduction phase

·        Ensure systems and materials readiness for New Product pilot builds at HPE factories and our ODM & Regional Service Provider (RSP) partners across the globe

·        Monitor Supply Chain setups within HPE systems and tools, driving to meet schedule timelines and ensure data integrity

·        Collaborate with Product Development Teams to ensure creation of accurate bill of materials for New Products

·        Collaborate with Product Data Mastering Team to ensure proper setup of SKUs and components within HPE’s SAP system

·        Ensure material supply during New Product Ramp phase, assisting to resolve assurance of supply issues worldwide

·        Identify and communicate to Procurement Teams all new unique components to be purchased by HPE to enable New Product Introduction

·        Demonstrate Teamwork as a cohesive member of the New Products Organization, supporting internal and external customer expectations

·        Effectively communicate program status and updates to Key Stakeholders downwards, laterally, and upwards

 

 

 

Education and Experience Required:

·        First level university degree or equivalent experience.

·        2-4 years Supply Chain work experience, preferably with experience in New Product Introduction

 

 

Knowledge and Skills:

·        Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).

·        Proven analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

·        Good interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Project, Word)

·        Basic understanding of project management methodology.

·        Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

·        Highly motivated and able to work independently
