About the Federal Account Customer Satisfaction Manager

HPE Pointnext is currently seeking a Federal Account Customer Satisfaction Manager to be located anywhere in the US with access to a major airport. No relocation assistance available.

As the Customer Satisfaction Manager, you will provide Customer support to Federal Customers as needed to ensure Service Level Agreement deliverables and total Customer Satisfaction.  You will be the liaison between HPE and Federal customers to ensure satisfaction, and you will work complex issues as they arise.

Position is anticipated to have 25% overnight domestic travel, but is subject to change due to the needs of the business. 

You will be responsible for managing the overall delivery process and customer experience, leading the customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects. In addition, you will coordinate corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan and implement solutions to customer problems.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on the products we deliver and support, while gaining experience as a Federal Account Customer Satisfaction Manager, which can lead to future careers within HPE.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

·  support our Federal Customer to ensure overall Customer Satisfaction
·  independently drive and own all project elevations/escalations to completion
·  frequently represent the organization to external customers/clients
·  address concerns, and discuss process improvement initiatives which are in scope
·  monitor performance and trends via reporting
·  manage customer project delivery on small, medium, and large / straightforward and complex Federal IT delivery projects
·  identify and develop new opportunities on current project
·  support qualification and opportunity assessment for small, medium, and large,  straightforward and complex opportunities
·  manage client relationships
·  drive internal HPE processes
·  participate in the company PM Professions community
·  be on a development plan leading to higher PM skills
·  perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Required

·  Bachelor’s degree, or compensating experience (see below)
·  3+ years’ experience in project management or in like roles/businesses
·  Without a Bachelor’s or higher level degree, an additional 2 years, for a total of total of 5+ years

Knowledge and Skills Required

·  Demonstrates or possesses the ability to learn the basic knowledge of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
·  Understands project management methods
·  Strong customer satisfaction skills
·  Ability to multi-task
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills a plus
·  Ability to work effectively independently and within a collaborative team environment
