In this amazing role, you will respond to customers` inquiries timely. You will also verify and document the information provided by the customers, ensure that the customer is entitled to the service, handover the consolidated information to the most appropriate technically skilled team, coordinate support activities, plan and arrange Hewlett Packard Enterprise resources.

How you’ll make your mark:

• Manage service requests through different access channels
• Ensure that the customer is entitled to the service, validates customer contract details
• Manage customer expectations and identifies customer problems
• Perform re-entitlement and clarification and contacts customer in case clarifications are needed
• Perform end-to-end monitoring of critical events and ensures fluid handling
• Handle on time customer escalations and complex situations

About you:

• Excellent language skills in English
• Very good analytical and problem solving skills

• Customer Service experience and attitude

• Ability to work on shifts
