We are currently hiring for a Business Graduate to be based in Melbourne.  Our Business Graduate Program aims to provide you with the opportunity to explore specific areas of interest by exposing you to different facets of the business before landing a confirmed placement in the 2nd year of the program.  This includes:-

·  Assisting the Sales, Strategy and Operations function with sales planning, sales forecasting and quota deployment processes 
·  Driving a key business improvement project from end to end
·  During the program, you will be mentored and provided with essential skills training to accelerate your learning

If you:-

·  Have completed and graduated within the last 2 years (Bachelor’s degree)
·  Degree is in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Arts or another business related discipline
·  Are a well-roundedindividual.  You will be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who is enthusiastic and flexible.  You are methodical with good organisational and planning skills.  You will display excellent communication skills and an ability to develop relationships with a wide variety of people
·  Work Rights – must Australian Citizen at time of application
·  Available for February 2019 commencement
