Our Enterprise Group (EG) combines the portfolio of Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking and Technology Services to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver advanced solutions and services to our global, commercial and public sector and SMB customers throughout the regions.

This person will act as Scrum Master for 2-3 teams, will promote Agile best practices and work across multiple stakeholders to identify and remove impediments. We need Scrum Masters with a strong vision for creating the best workplace possible. The ideal candidate will be passionate about getting the best out of individuals and teams through the power of self-organization.

Responsibilities :

·  Serve as subject matter expert on software development methods and processes.
·  Enable the Scrum teams to perform at the highest level by instilling Scrum values, coaching the team, removing impediments and protecting the team from disruption.
·  Organize and facilitate team backlog management, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other Scrum-related rituals.
·  Assist Product Owner as needed with backlog maintenance, internal and external communication, improving transparency, and disseminating information.
·  Share Agile knowledge and best practices across the organization to maximize Scrum team performance and effectiveness.
·  Coaches teams, individuals and the organization in collaboration, transparency, iteration and being customer focused.
·  Creates high performing, self organized teams that can’t wait to get into the office
·  Challenges assumptions about how we work together and how we develop our product and collaborate with us to find a better way.
·  Builds consensus through collaboration and has the ability to influence without authority.
·  Helps to evolve a culture of high performance and innovation that allows people to thrive
·  Cultivates a culture of learning and a thirst to learn faster than ourcompetition

Skills and Experience:

·  7+ years experience working on agile teams.
·  3+ years of experience as an agile scrum master, product owner or agile coach.
·  Attainment of one or more agile-related certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Trainer (CST).
·  Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum, Kanban
·  Experience working in an environment where agile was applied at scale
·  Experienced facilitator able to apply various techniques to ensure effective meetings both co-located and distributed
·  Strong leadership skills and a history of leading through influence.
