We’re looking for people to help supercharge our sales team, accelerate our growth and keep our renters happy. Your role will be central to help improve both our service and processes as we prepare to take over the London rental space. Are you in?

What you will do

You will be joining a fun and young team of passionate people that are responsible for accompanying renters to view homes around London! You will serve as the face of Homie, providing renters with your honest and expert advice in order to guide them into their best home (think edgy Shoreditch warehouse or Pimp Soho penthouse).

Main tasks

Accompanying our renters on tour to view homes around London
Travel around central London independently
Building excellent relationships with renters on tour
Selling and educating renters on the Homie service
Advising renters on area and market
Developing strong relationships with estate agents
Assisting Sales Account Managers with managing renter requests
Constantly updating renter profiles with key insights generated on the tour
Providing feedback to Sales Account Managers
Coordinate transport for tours

Profil recherché

Highly personable, social and confident personalities
Ability to quickly build a rapport with others
Excellent spoken English
Strong communication skills and the ability to relay correct information
Second language is preferable
Naturally good at logistics
City Knowledge - You know your way around central London
Able to hold professional conversations over the phone and in person
Calm under pressure and able to think independently
Well organised with attention to detail
Property experience is not necessary but beneficial
