General Responsibilities:

Our European Service Centre office based in Swords Dublin employs approximately 900 people with over 29 different nationalities and we’re currently looking for a French data entry administrator to join the Car Control team.

What is this role all about?

To process all fines that are received from local authorities for both Rent a Car and Car Sharing. To ensure that all car control tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with Hertz policy and procedures. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

·  To process all fines for France - Rent a Car and Car sharing, to include either making representation or payment of the fines received eg. speeding, parking , buslane and congestion to authorities in a timely manner to avoid increased charges / escalation of fines.
·  Handle any escalated / rejected fines received from various sources in an efficient manner to ensure prompt resolution.
·  To process manual billings that have not processed through the system.
·  To work daily/weekly/monthly reports such as monthly inventory, overdue, aging and system reconciliation reports.
·  Handle all queries from customers / Police in a timely and professional manner. 

Essential Requirements:

·  Fluent English is essential 
·  Fluent French  is essential 
·  Ability to work independently.
·  Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Organised, practical and logical approach to work.
·  Good understanding or familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications
