The HR field Talent, Learning and Leadership covers all activities aimed at providing various opportunities for further development of our employees.

· Ownership for all training related topics, starting from organization to conduction.

· Monitoring internal needs and plans training events accordingly.
· Following training sessions delivery throughout the semester.
· Participation on regular regional calls and collecting best practices from other Henkel entities, applying them upon relevancy.
· Conducting internal training events for various group of employees.
· Continuously seeking for improvement of existing activities and training contents.
· Regular material update in line with corporate standards.
· Support to Team Lead TLL as well as other colleagues involved into training activities.
· Following market trends and initiate the implementation of new trends upon relevancy.
· Measurement of training success by regular feedback collection.
· The main communication partner for external trainers.
· Searching for new partners for the best price at high quality level upon company needs.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  2 years of experience in the field of internal HR and employee education
·  Drive, excellent organizational skills, and is strong at communication
·  Ability to deal with different ad-hoc situations
·  Strong team player
·  Proper business understanding
·  Excellent English and Slovak
·  User level of MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Minimum salary: 1350 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience.
