Located within the Henkel Shared Service Centre in Bratislava, STP Specialist – Purchasing support will carry out and support the performance of Henkel daily sourcing activities and interact in a customer oriented manner with other remote Henkel purchasing locations (e.g. Henkel Corporate HQ in Düsseldorf).

What we offer

· Responsibility for coordination of price lists agreed between Henkel and suppliers; regular checking of adherence to negotiated terms
· Coordination of new article creation in internal Henkel systems, ensuring smooth introduction of new articles into the Henkel portfolio of direct materials
· Cooperation with the global Tail-End Management team in matters of tender planning, targets, KPIs (key performance indicators) etc
· Preparation, running, tracking and evaluation of Tail-end tenders, with the focus on savings and improvement of cash net working capital
· Tracking of the global, regional and country key performance indicators on a monthly / quarterly / ad-hoc basis, analyzing data, investigating root causes for discrepancies, following-up if corrections are needed
· Preparing ad-hoc reports with the focus on the analysis for changes in SBM (supplier base management), supplier grouping or re-allocation, SMI (supplier managed inventory), PT (payment term) development or CCDB (cost chase database)

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University education in a related field (i.e. Management, Business Administration, Purchasing)
·  1-2 years of previous administration experience gained either in purchasing, customer service or finance environment
·  Fluent knowledge of English language (verbal and written) is required, other language is an advantage
·  Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
·  Accurate, self-organized person with attention to detail and interest to work with data
·  Flexible, adaptable and driven person with pro-active approach

Minimum salary: 1060 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience.
