What we offer

· Support Adhesive Electronics business in structural adhesives for device assembly, in particular hand held devices such as mobile phones based on Polyurethane hot melt chemistry and other chemistries such as epoxy will also be required
· Develop products that can compete with major market leaders for mobile phone cover glass (CG) bonding and Hand Held Device (HHD) products to significantly broaden our market share
· Optimize structural adhesive products for customers' next generation mobile phone cover glass (CG) bonder including scaling up at manufacturing sites
· Work closely with Technical Customer Service (TCS) and commercial team to qualify and validate products at customer sites
· Visit customers regularly to get first hand product information and help commercial team to development product strategies

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Master's Degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or other Chemistry related field
·  Minimum of one (1) year related work experience in product development, particularly in polyurethane hot melt adhesives
·  Hands on and able to carry out formulation work in the lab and subsequent basic adhesives properties characterization including bonding strength, viscosity, stability etc.
·  Can systematically and scientifically improve the formulation based on data until products qualify at customer site
·  Proficient in English
