Henkel Production Sytem (HPS) drives excellence in manufacturing based on lean principles and involvement of employees. HPS department is responsible for driving continuous improvement around the globe across supply chain and operations. Eliminates waste to increase value for our customers.

What we offer

· Evaluate the key manufacturing processes performance real time and identify opportunities for improvement and reduction of waste,
· Standardize and optimize the processes with the real time metrics driving investment and resource allocation decisions,
· Balance the line and layout for optimum material flow and Takt time,
· Determine all pulse points and set up program to optimize flow, inventory, people and process,
· Communicate project status reports on all identified initiatives using the appropriate tools,
· Assist in identifying further process improvement projects by running Continuous improvement and Value Stream Mapping workshops and generate saving projects,
· Develop Lean and Continuous Improvement culture in plant by improving employees' lean skill through Lean methodologies training such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Methods Time Measurement (MTM), Autonomous Maintenance (TPM), SMED to change people's mindsets and share the "best practice" in the plant.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or relevant fields,
·  Preferable Green belt Six Sigma certified and working experience in Lean management especially in Automotive Industry,
·  Knowledgeable about lean tools such as line balance, layout among others,
·  Good interpersonal skills,
·  Good English communication skills,
·  Analytical thinking skills is a must,
·  Minimum 3-5 years of work experience required.
