What we offer

· Sales planning and forecast: financial top line planning according to business strategy
· Supporting of the Sales and Marketing team to deliver profitable sales and meet KPIs
· Completion of all KPIs and financial planning elements in line with Henkel processes
· Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales rolling forecast coordination
· Profitability analysis per customer/product and definition of action plan
· Contracts maintenance (according to CSDA ), financial translation
· International reporting to International Sales Unit

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor or Master in Management or Business
·  1 - 3 years of work experience preferred (entry - level role)
·  Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
·  Previous experience in controlling, business analysis or audit
·  Organization skills (time management, planning skills)
·  Pro-active & Entrepreneurial spirit
·  Ability to influence & coordinate a team of colleagues
·  Results oriented personality with strong communication and presentation skills
·  Empathy, Sociability & Teamwork
·  High Knowledge and Utilization of Office 365 (Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook
·  Fluent Dutch and English
