The successful candidate will work with our HR department in Brussels. Integrated into a professional team, our intern will be the right hand of the Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager, and will have a 360° view on HR activities. What we offer
· Active involvement in our campus and recruiting events and social media projects
· Act as an HR ambassador and single point of contact for interns at Henkel
· Administrative follow-up of the interns' files
· Support all of our Employer Branding activities and take the responsibility for organizing, planning and promoting Henkel Innovation Challenge competition
· Contribute to the development of new strategies for Employer Branding
· Direct support to HR Business Partner and daily contact with the business units
· Participation to different strategic HR Projects
Desired profile
Who we are looking for
· Bachelor or Master student in the area of Psychology/HR/Labor Sciences or Business Studies
· Looking for a challenge in a fast-paced international environment
· Flexible, able to come up with creative solutions and work independently
· Good communication & presentation skills
· Solid background in Business studies with an interest in Human Resources
· Advanced user of the MS Office Package
· Fluency in English laguage as well as working proficiency in Dutch and French
· Available full time for a minimum period of 6 months as of July 2017
