This department drives commercial excellence across AE by building digital tools, Sales and Marketing training programs by coordinating with AX Campus team. It provides critical support to the steering units in Marketing Intelligence and Contract Management.

What we offer

· Drive digital projects such as One!Web (Adhesive Website), PIM (Product Information Management), Project Milano (E-Commerce) etc., build these infrastructures and provide digital tools across Adhesive Electronics
· Work closely with AX team for best practice in digitalization across SBUs
· Work with the steering units and regional team to define skill/capability requirements in different sales/marketing positions and assess performance versus requirements
· Work with AX Campus team to organize training program for Sales and Marketing members to fulfill skill/capability requirements
· Lead initiatives in implementing sales tools such as ACE (Customer relationship management tools), Social Selling Sales Navigator (example: LinkedIn) to enhance performance of sales team
· Provide market intelligence to the steering units by leveraging external resources so that steering units can develop build robust market strategy
· Develop, continuously improve and maintain Market Intelligence tools and make database available to business members
· Bridge between business and Henkel legal team on global contracts
· Within guard rail agreed with Henkel legal team, work closely with business to help negotiate with customers or suppliers to successfully close global contracts in effective and timely manner

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree in Management/Engineering/Science
·  Min. 5 years of relevant B2B sales and marketing experience
·  Min. 3 years of people management experience
·  Fluent English, German beneficial
·  MS Office skills
·  Excellent project management skills
·  Very good communication skills
·  Willingness to travel 10-20%
