Customer Service Front Office Agent - Temporary Contract

Fixed Term Contract - 6-9 Months

What we offer

· Act as the first point of contact for all customer service requests & responding customer calls and email regarding order inquiry
· Processing orders including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies
· Proactively manage & support of End-to-End business processes
· Control of consignment stocks & third party direct deliveries
· Active and regular communication with other departments, supporting Finance Team & Sales in Cash Collection and Bad debt activities
· Timely recording of customer complaints in SAP
· Ensure optimal phase in phase out activity in alignment with Engineering & Launch Support
· Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and working proactively to ensure all local SHE objectives are achieved

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

· 
Previous relevant experience, preferably FMCG company

·  Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
·  Excellent written & verbal communication skills
·  Customer focused & problem solving orientated
·  Ability to work on own initiative, be proactive and self-directing
·  Ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
·  Driven and Results orientated
