What we offer

· Handle production lines for both filling and packing
· Create and maintain KPIs (Safety, Quality, Costs, Line performance, Waste)
· Implement and control the production schedules and ensure the plan fulfilled and achieved
· Manage a team of operators for all three shifts (Performance and Development)
· Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
· Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in Engineering
·  Minimum 2 years of relevant production experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG
·  SAP knowledge is preferred
·  Proficient user of MS Office
·  Fluency in English
·  Very high leadership and communication skills
