Within the Marketing department, the new employee will depend on the CRM responsible and work for the loyalty program covering all btoc Henkel France brands (Laundry and Home care, Adhesives, Beauty Care). His/her job will be to contribute to the definition of new ways to analyze consumer behaviors, personalize communications, using innovative technologies and methodologies. The new employee will join a multinational company for whom the big data analysis is a challenge.

What we offer

The first mission will be to set up strong foundations:

· Understand existing methods and tools
· Analyze data architecture
· Handle existing tools
· Specify data management and analysis for a smarter approach

And then the main missions will be to support the decision making processes:

· Guarantee the data reliability, identify relevant KPIs and set up specific dashboards
· Follow and analyze purchasing behavior of the consumers, members of the CRM program
· Identify additional relevant data to nurse the consumer knowledge
· Identify risks and opportunities to lead to a stronger performance
· Increase life time value by following and challenging the consumer journey

The new employee will have the opportunity to work with our internal digital teams (Digital champions, media, ecommerce, IT support, International Digital Team) and external agencies (data scientists and analysts, developers).

What we are looking for

·  Bac+5/6, Master data science, double degree course Digital marketing and data analytics
·  Data and marketing background
·  Creative and out-of the box minded
·  Autonomy, rigor, team player, good communication skills, solid ability to communicate findings with all levels of management, willingness to learn, self development, problem-solving orientation
·  SQL unix and oracle
·  Microsoft SQL Server
·  Statistic tools (sas, spss, R, python)
·  Business Object, Adobe campaign, Google analytics
