What we offer

· Supporting communication projects with external target groups in particular with the media
· Assisting the organization of press conferences, events, photo, video shootings
· Assisting the corporate social responsibility projects about the corporate brand
· Preparation of company introduction materials and organization of company events
· Seeking, identifying and preparing news for internal company channels such as company magazine, portal, etc.
· Coordination and follow up of third parties such as agencies, printing house, ad companies for the implementation of projects
· Updating corporate website and intranet and supporting social media activities
· Regular follow up and answers for the company e-mail
· Supporting the communications manager and department in all aspects

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  3rd or 4th year undergraduate or master student in relevant disciplines
·  Able to work min. 3 days in a week at school period and 5 days in a week at summer period
·  Proficiency in MS Office applications
·  Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
·  Strong communication, research and analytical thinking skills
·  Internship experience at Corporate Communications department, media or agencies
·  Strong research and fact checking skills
·  Problem solving and creativity
·  The ability to multi task and perform well under tight deadlines
·  Writing and editing talent is an asset
