Henkel Marketing Innovation Support Coordination team based in the Shared Service Center – Bratislava acts as an internal service provider for Beauty Care International & Local marketing teams. The business unit develops, produces and sells numerous successful Beauty Care Innovations brands which are available in 150 countries worldwide (e.g. Syoss, Color Expert, Schauma, Palette, Fa, Diadermine). We are looking for a new colleague who will join our dynamic team and contribute to a full range of services, supporting Beauty Care brands & acting as a main point of contact for our International Brand Managers, stakeholders and countries worldwide.

What we offer

· Supporting international, regional and local marketing brand managers in coordinating product innovation development from initial idea until the product launch
· Working closely with internal stakeholders and departments (marketing, research and development, packaging, supply chain and others) involved in the innovation process
· Coordinating the packaging adaptation phase during the development, working closely with all launching countries to adapt country language and requirements together with a design agency
· Responsibility for keeping track of the timing (checking all development steps), reminding stakeholders and countries to deliver their input on time
· Leading Innovation Project Group (videoconference) on monthly basis with all stakeholders involved in the development

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University or College education
·  At least one year of previous working experience (administration, marketing, coordination etc.)
·  Active level of English language (verbal and written) is a must - communication with stakeholders on daily basis (phone/email)
·  Good command of Microsoft Office tools
·  Accuracy & attention to detail
·  Structured way of working with a flexible approach
·  Analytical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, independence, time management skills
·  Solid communication and interpersonal skills
·  Process and detail oriented personality with strongly developed sense for prioritization and time management

Minimum salary: 1060 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience.
