Set-Up Operator (1st Shift)

This position is responsible for safely and accurately transporting materials throughout the facility and cleaning returnable finished product containers. The Tote Stand Associate may also be required to help with set ups, receiving, shipping, production, storage, and paperwork of raw materials & finished goods.

What we offer

· Make raw material set-ups as scheduled. Attach set-up sheets to set-up.
· Put set-ups in specified location.
· Unload and put away raw materials and finished goods.
· Drive forklift.
· Keep work area clean & comply with 5S requirements.
· Help Shipping & Receiving as needed.

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Education — High School Diploma or GED required.
·  Experience — Manufacturing, Material Handling, or Manual Labor experience preferred.
·  Special skills – Good oral and written communication skills. Comprehension of basic mathematical and science concepts. Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
·  Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
·  Certifications and licenses — Forklift. CDL license w/hazmat endorsement NOT required, but would be a plus.
