Job description
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and dedicated individual to join our Polish Finance Team. This role will support the finance manager on the forecasting, budgeting and planning process for the P&L of KraftHeinz Poland.
Key Components of the role:
• Support on monthly closing and forecasting activities and related reports and analyses;
• P&L, Cash flow and Balance sheet support;
• Monthly Zero Based Budget process and routines;
• Support on full and timely management information and performance measurements against KPI’s and financial targets;
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed;

This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the Polish business unit for Kraft Heinz. It is both a strategic and a tactical position. Those that do not want to get their hands dirty or build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions should not apply.

Desired profile
Job requirements
• University Degree or last year of studies (Bachelor/Master) in Business Economics or related;
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy, with the ability to apply good judgment in analysis, reporting, planning and forecasting;
• Planning and prioritization skills. Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and to deliver to deadlines;
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish;
• Self-starter, highly motivated, willingness to take responsibility and initiative, Can do attitude;
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Availability to work on a full time basis;
