Finance Internship _6 Months (UAE residents only)

This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh accounting /finance graduates to gain hands on job experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities across multinational territories.

· Acts as the main support to the accounts payable function
· Checks all invoices received by the accounts department, resolves any discrepancies with the vendors and books the invoices
· Coordinates approval process of the invoices
· Supports petty cash reconciliation of the retail stores ensuring all supporting receipts are received
· Examines all petty cash expenses and ensures correct booking of each expense category
· Performs any ad-hoc activities as may be assigned from time to time

Desired profile

Requirements
·  Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance / Accounting (undergraduates are welcome to apply if they can commit to full time office hours 9am – 6pm)
·  Excellent communication skills in English
·  Work knowledge of MS Office applications with an emphasis on advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
·  Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
·  Strong planning and organizational skills
·  Ability to meet deadlines
·  UAE resident visa holder under family, spouse or university sponsorship (mandatory requirement)
