Job description
Role Mission
Ensure an excellent standard of service to stores and a high customer satisfaction through relationship management in cooperation with all the involved company departments
Key Accountabilities
· Ensure regularity, quality and timing of actions required to manage the order from its collection during sales campaigns through to the delivery of goods using the organization-internal mainframe systems
· Provide customer service support answering customer inquiries/issuing communications as required
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments in order to meet customer expectations
· Contribute to the development and execution of the activities planned to reach turnover targets
· Facilitate the collection of information in order to monitor business trends and opportunities
Desired profile
Key Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Economics
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work in team
· Strong sense of priorities and problem-solving attitude
· Mastery of English and Italian
· Experience in customer service would be an advantage
· Advanced MS Excel Skills
