Main activities/tasks:
Work side-by-side with CRA and assisting in some of their tasks
Study various documents and CRFs
Perform liaison activities with the Independent Ethics Committees
Establish and be the central contact between the study team and study site.Be familiar with GCP regulations and other policies that are applicable to all staff (such as HR policies and procedures, resource sharing, etc)
Participate in team meetings and be familiar with GCP regulations and other policies that are applicable to all staff (such as HR policies and procedures, resource sharing, etc)
Participate in team meetings and activities related to relevant studies, and the department as a whole.
Participate in objective setting, performance management, review of the position and the planning and implementation of personal and career development activities

Key Job Dimensions and Selection Criteria Currently, there are no formal qualifications or entry requirements for the position of CTA.
Both graduates and non-graduates, however relevant education or experience is a pre-requisite. Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English Excellent computer skill.
