Details:
Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the delivery of AIX infrastructure development and testing in alignment with the engineering strategy,
• Provide oversight and tracking of the development and testing process, including delegation of responsibilities to all involved personnel required to ensure successful delivery of the release,
• Ensure that all product changes are analyzed, agreed, developed and delivered in accordance to the pre-agreed AIX infrastructure roadmap/milestones,
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality,
• Coordinate work between different teams at geographical dispersed locations throughout the development and testing process,
• Act as a single point of contact for any development and testing related communication,
• Build strong relationships with internal IT service groups,
• Develop and communicate detailed plans, GSAP AIX and SAP HANA infrastructure roadmaps and set delivery expectations with key stakeholders. Update and communicate development and testing status. Escalate issues in a timely manner where required,
• Communicate release details and schedules to the stakeholders as required,
• Develop metrics and KPIs, continually assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of the development and testing process,
• Coordinate Continual Service Improvement Process for development and testing service and ensure service evolution is in line with other corporate directions,
• Produce and manage formal test plans, reports and release certificates,
• Maintains a engineering repositories and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
• Interacts extensively with the functional team leads in the estimation cycle, identification of inter-team dependencies, delivery plan validation, impact assessments, issue tracking / resolution, and status reporting.
• Ensures system and acceptance tests completed, all defects addressed, and all service requests contained in the release were signed off

Basic qualifications:
Role Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology,
• 1+ years of previous service, release and/or project management experience,
• 1+ years of experience in infrastructure testing,
• 1+ years of experience in AIX based environments, preferred in GSAP environment
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field,
• Advanced level knowledge of system development lifecycle and AIX infrastructure,
• Strong leadership and management skills,
• Proficiency with ITIL
• Change and configuration management experience
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details,
• Clear understanding of compliance and validation requirements,
• Strong technical background in server based computing,
• Highly skilled at problem solving and root cause elimination,
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams,
• Ability to build and manage relationships effectively in a matrix environment,
• People and customer service skills,
• Articulating skills, both written, verbal and presentation,
• Negotiation skills,
• Highly process oriented,
• Effective communicator
• English Level Requirement:
• Advanced written and verbal communication is a must
