Details:
-Planning & management of logistics activities like Transportation, Customs clearence, VAS activities, Warehousing and distribution
-Coordinating Importation permits&renewal processes
-Logistics management of New product launches
-KPI tracking / Weekly-monthly reporting
-Leading actions about the optimisation and performance improvements areas with relevant departments
-Being involved at Local/Regional Logistics Projects & Cost to Serve Projects
-Logistics cost control & future forecasting for logistics cost drivers such as Transporations, customs, local value added services,warehousing&distribution
-Supporting GSK warehouse team & 3PLs for SAP related issues as a keyuser
-Working with procurement, other relevant teams about logistics service/product(carton,leaflet..etc) purchasing processes

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
-University graduate, Prefably from Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management areas or Relevant practical experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-Knowledge of Logistics Operations (Transportation,Customs, Warehousing&Distribution, Value added activities,..etc) & Understanding of Supply Chain Management
-Proactively seeks opportunities to increase value by process improvements & optimisation
-Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in collaboration with cross functional teams
-Good knowledge of Logistics related modules of ERP systems and processes. Knowledge of SAP ECC is an advantage.
-Advanced at MS Office Programs (Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, Project)
-Project management skills, and knowledge of Project management IT tools
