Job description

Details:
• Complete designated training tasks as training needs arise, work with therapy area stakeholders to design, develop and deliver all product training needs and requirements.
• Effectively adapt to multiple training roles (e.g. facilitator, designer, liaison etc.),
• Regularly update training material with current brand strategies.
• Implement field-based training using GSK's coaching model as and when required.
• Conduct and oversee refreshers including Distance Learning, Induction, Initial Training Course, Sales call Model, Product Training and Business Essentials.
• Assists in the recruitment of new reps and of FLSMs as needed.
• Ensure all brand training workshops/Strategy meetings are aligned with marketing strategy and that all medical representatives leave business meetings able to implement brand promotional strategy.
• Follow up with regional managers in the light of coaching assessment template matrix filled by FLSM periodically.
• Work closely with Expert Head to establish best in class measurement and reporting for Expert Teams
• Implementation of digital ways of working

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
• Min 3 years managerial experience in Sales or Marketing
• Experience in Team Management;
• Experience in Project management and Communication
• Advanced analytical thinking skills ,
• Strong business acumen,
• Multi-task management ,
• Ability to work within fast paced environment ,
• Ability to create strategies on capability development, building and developing the teams,
• Advanced problem solving & decision making skills,
• Experience in segmentation & targeting
• Operational experience with large teams (30+)
• Communication skills and insights interpretation
• Strong written,verbal communication skills in English
