The recruitment campaign for the International MasterClass, the Groupe SEB pre-graduate program, is now open!

This program offers young people on a sandwich course the unique opportunity to carry out two consecutive six-month internships . The first one in France , working in HR development and the second one abroad working in general HR.

Offering more than just straightforward internships, the International MasterClass program is a genuine personal and professional development course and a launch pad for your career!

Here is an example of the type of missions on the HR program:

Mission 1: July 2017 to December 2017 – HR Development at corporate level in France.

Working within the Group's Corporate HR Department, you will be involved in coordinating various HR projects and will help to define the strategy at a worldwide level.

Mission 2: January 2018 to June 2018 – General HR in one of our international subsidiaries.

During this second mission, you will deploy the strategy and manage HR projects in one of our subsidiaries.
