INDUSTRIALISATION METHODS PROJECT MANAGER

MISSION:

We are looking for an Industrial Methods Project Manager to join our Home Care Business Unit.
This position will be based at the Group's vacuum cleaner centre of expertise at our factory in Vernon (27), close to Paris and Rouen.

Working within the Industrialisation Methods team, you will lead expertise in methods (design, simplification, standardisation, optimisation) during the product design phase and develop the process according to project objectives (cost, schedule, investment, quality).
You will successfully carry out significant or complex industrial process projects and optimise them within the respect of set cost and schedule objectives.

Within this framework, you will use innovative and efficient processes and supply your expertise in basic technologies. You will determine requirements in terms of resources and investments for a process (pre-project or project). You will ensure process qualification in terms of rate, quality, reliability, safety and ergonomics.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

PROFILE:

You have completed a technical degree (5 year course) in Engineering and you have at least 3 years' experience in production processes.
You have knowledge of economic calculation, experience in sub-contracting and ideally you are skilled in using the MTM time method.

Your ability to lead a team and convince your partners of the pertinence of your choices are benefits that you will also use for training and leading work groups.
Your English is fluent.
